How it works:
10:00 AM — meet at the Old Mill (Exact location shared upon sign-up)
I’ll introduce you to the Listening Partners approach. It’s simple yet profoundly helpful. Think of it as verbal processing or journaling out loud, while your partner holds space without judgement or input. Just listening.
We pair up and walk for 40-60 minutes
11:00 — stay for a cup of coffee or say goodbye
11:30 — goodbye for real this time
